Marina View Preschool is a family owned and operated Preschool owned by Preston and Beverly Kratz. As the owners, we are on site every day to personally oversee the operation of the school and look after the welfare of the children. We have an "open door" policy and are available to meet with parents any time throughout the day (or evenings if required).  

Established in 1996  

Marina View Preschool opened it's doors for business April 1996, offering programs for children ages 12 months through Kindergarten, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The environment, here at Marina View Preschool, is academic and fairly structured. This is not a "day care" facility, but the environment is very positive and the children have fun learning.  

Marina View Preschool has strong ties to the local community, and is a Member of the local Better Business Bureau.

Owner/Director  

Ms Beverly Kratz is the school's Director and is on site every day to manage the school's day-to-day activities. She is available to answer questions and discuss any matters that parents wish to have addressed. As an owner, Ms Beverly is able to make decisions and address Parent concerns immediately - without having to go to an off-site "Corporate" officer. Ms Beverly and Mr. Preston have lived in Laguna Niguel for over 18 years and Marina View Preschool has a solid reputation in the local community.

Ms Beverly has over 20 years experience, in the classroom, teaching children ages 2 years, 3 years and Pre-K. Additionally, Ms Beverly has raised three children of her own _ son's Jim, Duane, and Gene. Both Ms Beverly and Mr.Preston are on-site at the school every day to personally oversee activities and meet with parents.
